How London is Still Just as Exciting
There is a certain mystique about our capital city. It has been the epicentre of culture for many years, yet it has never once lost the magic at its core.
In fact, London is destined to become an even more exciting place to be in the years to come. It continues to expand on a daily basis and it constantly delivers everything imaginable for the twenty-first century music fan. The older that London gets, the more that it has to offer those with a thirst for its night-life!
It doesn’t matter what your vibe is; you are sure to find that it is catered for in the capital. Every new sound to arrive on the music scene is destined to find a home in Britain’s uber-cool metropolis; be it Garage, Grunge and Goth or Folk, Fusion and Flamenco!
Back in ‘The Swinging Sixties’, when Rock music was still in its infancy, London was the place to be. We all know that decade brought about a great many fresh ideas (even interior decorating suddenly became exciting!). Yet none of these changes would have come about in quite the same colourful way if it had not been for our classy capital.
Of course, everything has changed since that psychedelic era… but in one way, very little has changed at all. London is still the hippest place to be and every bit of that musical/cultural/artistic magic remains. It is a city at the very forefront in the world of music and it will maintain this lofty status for many more years to come.
